We are One Band One Sound

Founded in 1990 by the late Fr. William Hewitt, a simple idea of a community based Bagpipe Band was realized. Fr. Hewitt emphasized the need to serve the local community as well as be a musical ambassador for his small church in Hampton NJ. The band is named after the church that founded it and has never forgotten our call to service or the reach we can have each day. The band has grown beyond even Fr. Hewitts dreams - We have travelled around the world for music festivals, and competed with some of the greatest bands of all time at the World Championships of Piping in Glasgow Scotland. Because of our long term goals of constant improvement we have attracted some of the best Pipe and Drum instructors and band members

St. Ann's of Hampton Pipes & Drums is a family oriented organization with the goals of Fellowship, Growth of Musical Ability, and sharing of our Celtic culture through the music of the Great Highland Bagpipe - In a positive and creative way

First and foremost, our group enjoys our time together and we consider Unity and Support of one another to be the cornerstone of our organization. Membership is open to Men, Women and Children of all ages and ability
